~ Pecan Fudge ~
2 cups of toasted pecan pieces
3 cups of granulated sugar
1 1/2 sticks of butter
5 1/3 oz of evaporated milk
12 oz of semisweet chocolate chips
1--7 oz jar of marshmallow creme
1 t of vanilla
Combine the sugar, butter, and milk and melt
in a heavy saucepan. Bring the mixture to a
rolling boil, stirring constantly. Cook over
medium heat until mixture forms a soft ball
when a small amount is dropped into a glass
of cool water. Remove from heat and stir in
the chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and
vanilla. Blend well. Pour The fudge into a
buttered 13x9 inch pan. Press the pecans into
the fudge. Cool completely and
cut into squares.

For gift giving decoupage a papier mache box
with graphics. Package fudge in box. Embellish
box with ribbon and a sprig of holly.
