~ Oreo Truffles ~
1 large package Oreos (not double stuff)
1--8 oz cream cheese
White or chocolate almond bark
***Important do not use Double Stuff Oreos***
Crush Oreos in food processor until fine (can be done
in a blender also). Combine room temperature cream
cheese in Oreo crumbs. Roll into small balls and
place in refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm.
Dip in melted white or chocolate almond bark.
Makes 5 dozen
