~ No Cook Fudge ~
4 cup sifted confectioners sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 t vanilla extract
dash of salt
Gradually add the confectioners sugar to the softened
cream cheese and mix well. Mix the warm chocolate
thoroughly into the mixture. Stir in the nuts and
add the vanilla and salt. Grease an 8 inch square
pan and spread the mixture in it. Chill, then cut
into serving-sized squares.
Makes 16 squares

Make in a disposable pan. Leave fudge in pan
and wrap with Saran Wrap and topped with ribbon.
Add gift tag.
