~ Microwave Christmas Fudge ~
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 2/3 cups sugar
2 T butter or margarine
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 t vanilla
Place milk, sugar and butter in large microwave safe bowl.
Mix well. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring every
minute. Stir in remaining ingredients until marshmallows
and chips are melted. Pour mixture into greased 8x8 inch
baking dish. Refrigerate. Cut into squares.

Give as a gift in a shaker box embellished with
Christmas graphics and ribbon. Great as a gift
alone or as an addition to any gift basket.
