~ Indoor Smores ~
8 cups Golden Grahams cereal (13 oz box)
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
6 cups miniature marshmallows
5 T butter or margarine
1 t vanilla
Melt 5 cups marshmallows (save 1 cup marshmallows for later),
milk chocolate chips and butter in a 3-quart saucepan over low
heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
Butter rectangle pan 13x9x2 inch. Pour Golden Grahams cereal
into large bowl. Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal; stir
until evenly coated. Stir in remaining marshmallows. Press
mixture into pan with buttered back of spoon. Cool until as
firm as you'd like. Cut into 24 bars. Store loosely covered
at room temperature.
Makes 24 bars

For gift giving decorate a plate with enamel or
ceramic paint. Let dry. Wrap smores and plate
with Saran Wrap. Add Christmas greenery, ribbon
and gift tag.
