~ Fantastic Fudge ~
3 cups sugar
1--12 oz bag semisweet chocolate chips*
(*for chocolate fudge)
~or~
2 1/2 cups peanut butter**
(**for peanut butter fudge)
3/4 cup margarine
1 t vanilla
1--8 oz marshmallow creme
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Combine sugar, margarine, and milk in heavy 2 quart
sauce pan; stir constantly bringing to a full boil;
continue for 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove from
heat; stir in chips or peanut butter until melted; add
marshmallows, nuts and vanilla; blend well to get a
constant color. Pour immediately into a greased 13x9
pan; cool at room temperature. Cut into squares.
Makes 3 lbs fudge

Use wrapping paper to decoupage a plate. Add fudge
and wrap filled plate with Saran Wrap. Add ribbon
and gift tag. Decoupage plate is for decorative use
only. Wipe clean with damp cloth.
