~ Cream Cheese Fudge ~
3 oz cream cheese
1 T 2% milk
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
1/2 t vanilla extract
1 cup walnuts, chopped
Melt chocolate. Combine softened cream cheese and milk,
beating until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in
chocolate and vanilla. Stir in chopped nuts. Press into
a buttered 8x4 or 9x5 inch loaf pan. Chill until firm,
about 1 hour. Cut into squares.
Makes 1 lb fudge

Make in a disposable pan. Leave fudge in pan and wrap
with Saran Wrap and topped with ribbon. Add gift tag.
