~ Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge ~
6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
Cook chips, peanut butter and butter over low heat, stir
constantly, until mixture melts. Remove from heat and add
sugar, stir until smooth. Pour into buttered 8 inch square
pan. Once cool, cut into squares and store in refrigerator.

For gift giving decorate a plate with enamel or
ceramic paint. Let dry. Wrap fudge and plate
with Saran Wrap. Add Christmas greenery, ribbon
and gift tag.
