~ Chocolate Crockpot Candy ~
16 ozs dry roasted peanuts
16 ozs salted cashew pieces
12 ozs semisweet chocolate chips
1--8 oz bar German sweet chocolate, chopped
16 oz vanilla bark or almond bark, chopped
Layer ingredients in order given in the bottom of a
3 quart crock pot. Do not stir. Do not lift lid
during cooking. Cook on low for 2 hours. Stir well,
then drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or
parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Cool and store
in airtight containers.

For gift giving place candy in a holiday tin.
Decorate tin with country graphics. Embellish
with a homespun-fabric bow. Add gift tag.
