~ Chocolate Cream Cheese Fudge ~
1--8 oz cream cheese
4 cups sifted powdered sugar
1--4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 t vanilla
dash salt
1/2 chopped nuts
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually
add sugar, mixing until smooth and well
blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spread into a well-buttered 8x8 inch pan.
Chill several hours or overnight, then
cut into squares.

Use wrapping paper to decoupage a plate. Add
fudge and wrap filled plate with Saran Wrap.
Add ribbon and gift tag. Decoupage plate is
for decorative use only. Wipe clean with
damp cloth.
