~ Chocolate Candy ~
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 t vanilla
2 cups quick rolled oats
1 cup coconut
Lightly grease 13x9 inch pan. In large saucepan, combine
sugar, cocoa, milk and butter. Bring to a boil over medium
heat, stirring constantly, remove from heat as soon as it
comes to a boil. Add peanut butter and vanilla; mix well.
Stir in oats and coconut. Pour into prepared pan. Cover
and refrigerate. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
Makes 36 bars

Give as a gift in a shaker box embellished with Christmas
graphics and ribbon. Wrap each bar individually. Great
as a gift alone or as an addition to any gift basket.
