~ Candy Roll ~
3 T butter
10 oz miniature marshmallows
6 cups crispy rice cereal
Cooking spray
13 oz package of your favorite miniature chocolate bars
8 oz bag of M&M or cinnamon candies
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows
and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat and
stir in crispy rice cereal. On the wax paper, spread
mixture into a rectangular layer about 1-2 1/2 inches
thick. Unwrap and chop the candy bars, then sprinkle
them onto the mixture. Spray hands with cooking spray.
Then roll the entire mixture into a cylinder shape.
Decorate the top of the roll with red and green M&M
candies or small red cinnamon candies. Slice and serve.
Makes 10-12 servings

For gift giving decorate a plate with enamel or
ceramic paint. Let dry. Wrap candy and plate
with Saran Wrap. Add Christmas greenery, ribbon
and gift tag.
