~ White Chocolate ~
Macadamia Nut Cookies
1--18 oz white cake mix with pudding
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 cup white chocolate baking chips
3/4 cup toasted macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, butter and eggs.
Beat on medium speed until well blended. stir in the
white chocolate chips and the nuts. Drop by rounded
teaspoonfuls onto ungreased (or parchment paper lined)
cookie sheets. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes. Cool cookies
for 1 minutes on baking sheets, and then transfer
to wire rack.
Makes 3 dozen cookies

For gift giving, package cookies in a cellophane bag.
Place cellophane bag in sponge painted gift box. Use
homespun fabric or Christmas ribbon for the bow.
Add gift tag.
