~ Pumpkin Squares ~
1 box yellow cake mix
1--16 oz can pumpkin
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter, soft
~Crumb Topping~
1/3 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 T cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350F.
Blend all the cake mix ingredients together
and layer half the mix in a 9x13 inch cake
pan. Add half the crumbs then the last of
the batter and end with crumbs on top. Bake
for 50 - 55 minutes.

For gift giving package cookies in a decorative
disposable aluminum covered pan. Separate layers
with cellophane. Embellish pan with ribbon.
