~ Peanut Butter Burst Cookies ~
2 cups flour
1 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 t vanilla
1 egg
1--12 oz pkg peanut butter morsels
Preheat oven to 375F.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder
and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, cream
butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla; beat
on medium speed until creamy about 3-5 minutes.
Add egg; beat well. Turn mixer to low;
gradually add flour mixture. Stir in morsels.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased
cookie sheets. Bake 7 - 9 minutes. Cool
on cookie sheet for 10 minutes then remove.

Great gift for a coworker. Package cookies in
cellophane bag. Place bag of cookies in a gift
basket that is fabric lined. Add a package of
coffee beans and a pair of coffee mugs.
Tie with a raffia bow. Add gift card.
