~ Loaded Oatmeal Cookies ~
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 t vanilla
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1/4 t ground cinnamon
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a small mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Beat in
egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking
soda, salt and cinnamon; gradually stir into creamed mixture
Stir in oats, chocolate chips, coconut and nuts. Drop by
rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto an ungreased (or
parchment paper lined) cookie sheet. Bake for 13 - 15 minutes
or until lightly browned. Immediately remove to a wire rack.
Makes 1 dozen cookies

fabric napkins. Embellish basket with Christmas greenery and
ribbon. Add gift tag.
