~ Healthy Sugarless Cookies ~
1 cup flour
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt (optional)
1/4 t nutmeg
1 t ground cloves
1 t allspice
1 1/2 cups raisins
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup quick oats
Preheat oven to 375F.
Mix dry ingredients and add remaining ingredients
to moisten. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased (or
parchment paper lined) cookie sheets. Bake for 12
minutes.

For gift giving decoupage a papier mache box
with graphics. Place cookies in box. Embellish
box with ribbon and a sprig of holly.
