~ Flourless Chocolate ~
Peanut Butter Kisses
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 large egg
1 t vanilla
1--12 oz pkg chocolate kisses
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine sugar, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla
in a medium mixing bowl. In the palms of your
hands, roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place 1
inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for
10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove cookies
from oven. Quickly place one chocolate kiss on
each hot cookie, pressing down lightly. Return
to oven and bake an additional 2 minutes to set
the chocolate. Cool on racks.
Makes 4 - 5 dozen cookies

Decorate tin with country graphics and give
as a gift. Line tin with decorative cellophane,
tie tin closed with a homespun fabric bow and
add gift tag.
