~ Easy Butterscotch Bars ~
12 oz pkg butterscotch chips, melted
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 t vanilla extract
2 cup all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine butterscotch chips and butter together; mix
well. Add next 4 ingredients; gradually blend in
flour. Pour into a lightly buttered 13x9 inch baking
pan; bake for 40 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
Makes 24 bars

For gift giving package cookies in decorative
cellophane bag. Tie with Christmas curly ribbon.
Place in gift basket with fabric napkins. Embellish
basket with Christmas greenery and ribbon.
