~ Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies ~
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup flour
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cream the peanut butter, butter, sugar, and brown sugar
together. Beat in the egg. Stir in the flour. Mix well.
Chill for 10 minutes. Drop onto ungreased or parchment
paper lined cookie sheets. Flatten with a fork. Bake for
6 - 8 minutes.

For gift giving package cookies in decorative
cellophane bag. Tie with Christmas curly ribbon.
Place in gift basket with fabric napkins. Embellish
basket with Christmas greenery and ribbon.
Add gift tag.
