~ Brownie Chip Cookies ~
1--21.5 oz pkg fudge brownie mix
1/3 cup margarine, melted
2 eggs
1--6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F.
Generously grease cookie sheet (or line with parchment
paper). In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, margarine
and eggs, beat 50 strokes by hand. Stir in the chocolate
chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto
cookie sheets. Bake for 8 - 12 minutes. Cool 1 minute
then remove from cookie sheets. Cookies will flatten
when removed from the oven.
Makes 3 dozen cookies

Great gift for a coworker. Package cookies in
cellophane bag. Place bag of cookies in a gift
basket that is fabric lined. Add a package of
coffee beans and a pair of coffee mugs.
Tie with a raffia bow.
