~ Rolo Cookies ~
1 cup sugar
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 large egg, lightly beaten
36 Rolos, unwrapped
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine first 3 ingredients, shape into 3/4 inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet Bake for 9 - 10 minutes.
Immediately press a Rolo in center of each cookie.
Let cool.

For gift giving package cookies in a decorative
disposable aluminum covered pan. Separate layers
with cellophane. Embellish pan with ribbon.
