~ Rocky Road Cheesecake ~
1 cup chocolate Wafer crumbs
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
16 oz soft cream cheese
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3 T margarine, melted
1/4 cup cold water
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 t vanilla
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom
of 9 inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat until
dissolved. Combine cream cheese, sugar, cocoa
and vinilla, mixing at medium speed on electric
mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin,
mixing until blended. Fold in reamining
ingredients; pour over crust.
Chill until firm.

Use wrapping paper to decoupage a plate. Place cake
on plate. Decoupaged plate is for decorative use only.
Wipe clean with damp cloth. Add recipe card.
