~ Raisin Spice Snack Cake ~
1--18 1/4 oz pkg yellow cake mix
1--3.4 oz pkg instant butterscotch pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
3/4 t ground cinnamon
3/4 t ground nutmeg
1/2 t ground cloves
1/2 to 1 cup raisins
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the first nine
ingredients. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Stir in raisins. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch
baking pan. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake for
30 - 35 minutes or until a toothpick instered
near the center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack.
Makes 12 - 15 servings

For gift giving bake cake in a decorative disposable
aluminum covered pan. Leave baked cake in pan.
Embellish pan with ribbon. Add recipe card.
