~ Quick Cheesy Coffee Cake ~
1--8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 T flour
1 egg
1--10 oz pkg refrigerator flaky biscuits
1 1/2 t sugar
1/4 t cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place biscuits in ungreased 8-9 inch round cake pan.
Press over bottom and upsides to form a crust. Combine
cream cheese, sugar, flour, and egg and beat until
smooth. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with sugar and
cinnamon. Bake for 24 - 30 minutes. Cool 20 minutes
before cutting. To dress it up try slicing a sweet
baking apple or a fresh peach over the top before the
sugar and cinnamon go on. Or, put some fresh blueberries
on top before baking. Serve with some fresh fruit.

Use wrapping paper to decoupage a plate. Place cake
on plate. Decoupaged plate is for decorative use only.
Wipe clean with damp cloth. Add recipe card.
