~ Peanut Butter Brownies ~
1/3 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 pkg chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix dry ingredients (except chocolate chips). Mix
oil, sugar, peanut butter, eggs and vanilla thoroughly.
Add flour mixture. Stir well. Add chocolate chips.
Pat into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 25 - 30
minutes until brown around the edges. Cool in pan
and cut into bars.

Decorate tin with country graphics and give as a gift.
Line tin with decorative cellophane, tie tin closed with
a homespun fabric bow and add gift tag. May also be
added to gift basket for that special gift.
