~ Peanut Butter Coffee Cake ~
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2 T granulated sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup peanut butter
~Topping~
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
2 T butter
2 T peanut butter
1/2 t ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups Bisquick with
granulated sugar; stir in beaten egg and milk, then
add honey and peanut butter and blend well. Turn
batter into a greased and floured 9 inch square baking
pan. Combine topping ingredients until crumbly;
sprinkle over the batter. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes,
or until a wooden pick or cake tester inserted in
center comes out clean.

Use wrapping paper to decoupage a plate. Place cake
on plate. Decoupaged plate is for decorative use only.
Wipe clean with damp cloth. Add recipe card.
