~ Oreo Cheesecake ~
1 pkg Oreo Cookies
4 T butter, melted
2 cups whipping cream, divided
1 cup sugar
4 oz chocolate chips
1/2 t vanilla
Crush 1/4 cup cookies into fine crumbs and mix with
melted butter. Press into 9 or 10 inch springform pan,
freeze. Whip 1 1/2 cup whipping cream until stiff,
refrigerate until ready to use. Beat cream cheese and
sugar until smooth. Coarsely chop 24 cookies and fold
into cheese mixture; fold in whipped cream. Turn into
crust spreading to edges and smoothing top. Cover and
chill 4 hours or overnight. Run knife around edges and
release. Melt chocolate, whisk remaining cream and
vanilla. Glaze top and sides. Chill 30 minutes.

Use wrapping paper to decoupage a plate. Place cake
on plate. Decoupaged plate is for decorative use only.
Wipe clean with damp cloth. Add recipe card.
