~ No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake ~
1--12 oz pkg semisweet chocolate chips
1--8 oz pkg & 1--3 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
1--8 oz Cool Whip
8 or 9 inch graham cracker crust
Melt chocolate chip until smooth, set aside to cool.
In a bowl beat with hand mixer the cream cheese,
sugar, and butter until smooth. On low speed blend
in the melted cooled chocolate, then the Cool Whip.
Pour in pie shell and chill until firm.

For gift giving leave cheesecake in pan.
Wrap with Saran Wrap. Embellish pan with
ribbon. Add recipe card.
