~ Hershey's Perfectly ~
Chocolate Chocolate Cake
2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
1 1/2 t baking powder
1 1/2 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 t vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add
eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat for 2
minutes on medium speed. Stir in boiling
water. Batter will be thin. Pour into two
9 inch round greased and floured pans. Bake
30 - 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove
from pans to wire rack. Cool completely.
Frost.
Makes 10 - 12 servings
~Frosting~
1 stick butter or margarine
2/3 cup Hershey's Cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 t vanilla extract
Melt butter. Stir in cocoa. Alternately
add powdered sugar and milk, beating on
medium speed to spreading consistency.
Add more milk, if needed. Add vanilla.

Use wrapping paper to decoupage a plate.
Place cake on plate. Decoupaged plate is
for decorative use only. Wipe clean with
damp cloth. Add recipe card.
