~ Fudge Topped Brownies ~
1 cup butter, melted
2 cups sugar
2 t vanilla
2 eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup milk, room temperature
1 cup flour
2/3 cup cocoa
1 cup chopped walnuts
1--14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease a 9x13 inch pan. In a large bowl, mix
butter, sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Add
eggs and milk; mix well. Stir in flour and
cocoa; then stir in walnuts. Spread in prepared
pan. Bake 40 minutes, until brownies begin to
pull away from the sides of the pan. Just
before brownies are done, melt chocolate
chips with condensed milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons
vanilla in a heavy saucepan. Immediately
spread over hot brownies; cool, chill, and
cut into bars.

Decorate tin with country graphics and give as
a gift. Line tin with decorative cellophane.
Use cekllophane to separate layers. Tie tin
closed with a homespun fabric bow and
add gift tag.
