~ Fruity Swirl Cheesecake ~
1--8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
1/2 t vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup red raspberry preserves
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and margarine,
mixing until well blended. Add eggs, one
at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Blend in vanilla. Add combined dry ingredients
alternately with milk, mixing well after each
addition. Pour into greased and floured 13x9
inch baking pan. Dot with preserves. Cut
through batter with knife several times
for marbled effect. Bake for 35 minutes.
Makes 12 servings

For gift giving bake cake in a decorative disposable
aluminum covered pan. Leave baked cake in pan.
Embellish pan with ribbon. Add recipe card.
