~ Fruit Topped No-Bake Cheesecake ~
1 large graham cracker crust
1--8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1--8 oz tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 can cherry, strawberry, or blueberry pie filling
Beat together cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
Fold in cool whip. Pour into crust. Chill 1 hour.
Gently spread pie filling over top. Chill at least
2 more hours before cutting. Can also be frozen.
Slice and eat it frozen or thaw before eating.
Makes 8 - 10 servings

For gift giving decorate a plate with enamel or
ceramic paint. Let dry. Place cake on plate.
