~ Cream Cheese Squares ~
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine
3 cups confectioners sugar
3 eggs
1--8 oz pkg cream cheese
Preheat oven to 325F.
Mix cake mix, 1 egg and melted margarine. Press firmly
into cake pan, 13x9 inches. Mix sugar, 2 eggs and cream
cheese; pour on top. Bake for 45 minutes. Sprinkle
with confectioners sugar. When cool, Cut into squares.

Decorate tin with country graphics and give as a gift.
Line tin with decorative cellophane. Use decorative
cellophane to separate layers. Tie tin closed with
a homespun fabric bow and add gift tag. May also be
added to gift basket for that special gift.
