~ Cinnamon Sugar Pecan Cake ~
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup water
4 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 T butter extract (optional)
~Frosting~
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 t vanilla
2-3 T milk
Preheat oven to 350F.
Make a mixture of 1/3 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Butter or spray the Bundt pan. Line bottom of pan with
chopped pecans. Sprinkle half of cinnamon mixture on
pecans. Pour 1/2 of cake batter in pan, the remaining
cinnamon mixture and rest of cake batter. Bake for 35
minutes or until done. Tip upside down when removed
from oven. For frosting: When cake is cooled, drizzle
frosting on top and along sides.

For gift giving place cake on a decorative holiday plate.
Give with a basket containing favorite tea mixture, tea
infuser, and teacup or coffee mug. Embellish basket with
greenery and ribbon. Add gift tag and recipe card.
