~ Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Supreme ~
1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
3 T butter or margarine melted
3--8 oz pkgs cream cheese softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 t vanilla
1 cup mini semisweet chocolate pieces
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine crumbs and butter and press on to bottom
of 9 inch spring form pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour and mix at
medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
Add the eggs one at a time mixing well after each
addition. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Stir
in chocolate pieces. Pour over the crust. Reduce
oven temperature and bake at 325F for 55 minutes.
Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool before removing
rim of pan and chill. Garnish with whipped cream
and fresh mint if desired.
Makes 10 - 12 servings

For gift giving decorate a plate with enamel or
ceramic paint. Let dry. Place cake on plate.
