~ Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake Cups ~
chocolate chip cookie mix (box)
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine, softened
2--8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling
whipped topping (optional)
Preheat oven to 375F.
Make dough of chocolate chip cookie dough mix
according to product directions. Roll out and
cut dough into 24 pieces; form into the cups of
the muffin pan making fairly thin walls but do
not let the pan show through. Combine sugar,
flour, margarine, cream cheese, vanilla and eggs;
mix until smooth. Fill cookie mix cups 1/2 to
2/3 full with this mixture. Bake until brown.
Cool and top with cherry pie filling and
whipped topping.

decorative disposable aluminum covered pan.
