~ Blueberry Crisp ~
2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 T flour
1 T sugar
~Topping~
1/2 cup oatmeal, slow-cooking
1 t cinnamon
1 T flour
1 T brown sugar
2 T butter or margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 350F.
Blend together flour and sugar in a large bowl.
Mix with blueberries and place in a 9x9 inch baking
dish or pan. Mix all topping ingredients together
in a large bowl. Sprinkle on top of blueberry filling
in pan. Bake for 45 minutes.

For gift giving bake in a decorative disposable
aluminum covered pan. Leave in pan. Embellish
pan with ribbon. Add recipe card.
