~ Apple Muffins ~
2 cups self rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
1 cup chopped dried apple
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 400F.
Mix all ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased
muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 15 - 18 minutes, or until
golden brown. store in an airtight container.

For gift giving package muffins in decorative
cellophane bag. Tie with Christmas curly ribbon.
Place in gift basket with fabric napkins. Embellish
basket with Christmas greenery and ribbon. Add gift tag
and recipe card.
