~ Apple Brownies ~
1 1/2 stick margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 apples, chopped
3/4 cup nuts
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 t soda
3/4 t baking powder
3/4 t cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cream margarine, sugar and eggs. Add flour, soda,
baking powder and cinnamon; mix well. Stir in
apples and nuts. Bake for 40 minutes.

For gift giving package brownies in cellophane bag.
Tie with Christmas ribbon and small ornament.
Add gift tag and recipe card. Can also be added
to a gift basket.
