~ Quick Banana Bread ~
2 cups biscuit mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup walnuts
Preheat oven to 350F.
Thoroughly mix biscuit mix, sugar, soda and salt.
Combine beaten eggs and sour cream. Add sour cream
mixture and mashed bananas to the dry ingredients
alternately; mix well. Stir in chopped nuts. Bake
for 50 minutes or till done. Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pan to rack. Cool completely.
Makes 1 loaf

Use wrapping paper to decoupage a plate.
Add sliced loaf and wrap filled plate with
Saran Wrap. Add ribbon and gift tag.
Decoupage plate is for decorative use only.
Wipe clean with damp cloth.
