~ Pumpkin Bread ~
1 cup oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups pumpkin
3 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 t baking soda
1 t nutmeg
1 t cinnamon
1 t pumpkin pie spice
1 t salt
Preheat oven to 325F.
Mix oil, eggs, and pumpkin. Mix dry ingredients
in another bowl. Add to first mixture. Grease pans
(7 small or 3 large loaf pans). Bake for 40 minutes
or until done. Bake longer for large loaves.
Makes 3 large or 7 small loaves

Tie with Christmas ribbon and small ornament.
Add gift tag. Can also be added to a
gift basket.
