~ Pistachio Bread ~
~Bread Mixture~
1 yellow cake mix
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1/4 cup oil
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1/4 cup water
~Nut Mixture~
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup crushed walnuts or pecans
1 t cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix first 6 ingredients, Bread mixture, with
a mixer until blended. In another bowl mix
Nut mixture. Grease or spray pans. Start with
a layer of the bread mixture, then sprinkle on
the nut mixture, another layer of bread mixture,
and at the end sprinkle the top with the nut
mixture and marble it all with a knife through
the batter. Bake for one hour (40 minutes for
mini loaves); or until when a toothpick comes
out clean.
Makes two loaves or 5 mini loaves

Great gift for a coworker. Place loaf in a gift
basket that is fabric lined. Add a package of
coffee beans and a pair of coffee mugs. Tie
with a raffia bow. Add gift card.
