~ Blueberry Nut Bread ~
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 t salt
3 t baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup milk
3 T oil
Preheat oven to 350F.
Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and
sugar. Add the berries and nuts. Combine the
eggs, milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients and
stir just until moistened. Pour into a greased
9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Let stand for 20 minutes.
Bake 1 hour, or until tests done.
Makes 1 loaf

Use wrapping paper to decoupage a plate. Add
sliced loaf and wrap filled plate with Saran Wrap.
Add ribbon and gift tag. Decoupage plate is for
decorative use only. Wipe clean with damp cloth.
