~ Applesauce Raisin Bread ~
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups applesauce
2 t vanilla
3 cup flour
1/2 t baking powder
1 t salt
3 t cinnamon
1 t nutmeg
3/4 cup coconut
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix together first 5 ingredients; set aside.
Mix together the dry ingredients in another bowl
and pour thin batter into it. Grease 2 bread tins,
bake in oven for about 60 minutes,
check with toothpick.
Makes 2 loaves

For gift giving wrap loaves in Saran Wrap. Place
in gift basket with fabric napkins. Embellish
basket with Christmas greenery and ribbon.
