~ Apple Bread ~
2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 t salt
1 T vanilla extract
4 medium apples, grated
1 cup vegetable oil
1 t baking soda
2 t cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups flour
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients in given order. Bake
in two 9x5 inch loaf pans for 45 - 60 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves

For gift giving set each loaf on top of small
bread board. Wrap in Saran Wrap. Embellish with
a homespun fabric bow and gift tag.
