Super Fudge Brownie
~ Mix in a Jar ~
2 cup sugar
1 cup baking cocoa
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1--6oz pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
Layer in wide-mouth 1-quart canning jar in order listed above
Press each layer firmly in place before adding next ingredient
Put the lid on the jar and tie a homespun fabric bow around the lid
As an added touch, tie a wooden spoon to the lid
Attach jar labels to the jar with the following instructions

~ Super Fudge Brownies ~
1 jar brownie mix
1 cup butter, softened
4 eggs
Preheat oven to 325F
In a large bowl, cream butter. Add eggs,
one at a time, beating well after each addition
Add brownie mix and beat until smooth
Spread into a greased 13x9 pan
Bake for 40-50 minutes
Makes 18 servings
