A fun and easy way to package great gifts for giving
Give jars by themselves or use as the perfect addition to any gift basket
Great idea for the holidays or any special occasion
~ Pancake Mix in a Jar ~
2 cups all-purpose flour
5 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
Mix ingredients together
Place mixture in wide-mouth 1-pint canning jar
Put the lid on the jar and tie a homespun fabric bow around the lid
As an added touch, tie a wooden spoon to the lid
Attach jar labels to the jar with the following instructions

~ Pancakes ~
1 jar pancake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups milk
Pour pancake mix into a large bowl
Add eggs, oil and milk. Stir until
well combined. Allow to sit in the
refrigerator for 5 minutes
Cook pancakes
