Mini Kisses Cookie
~ Mix in a Jar ~
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 3/4 cups** Hershey's Mini Kisses Semisweet Chocolate
(**10-oz pkg)
Layer in wide-mouth 1-quart canning jar in order listed BELOW**
Press each layer firmly in place before adding next ingredient
~NOTE**5 1/2 cups to layer in the jar~
Combine baking soda, salt and granulated sugar
Add to the jar. Add brown sugar
Add Hershey's Mini Kisses. Add flour
Put the lid on the jar and tie a homespun fabric bow around the lid
As an added touch, tie a wooden spoon to the lid
Attach jar labels to the jar with the following instructions

~ Mini Kisses Cookies ~
1 jar cookie mix
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375F
In a large bowl, cream butter or margarine
with eggs and vanilla extract. Beat well
Gradually add cookie mix, stirring until
ingredients are well mixed. Drop by
rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased
cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or
until lightly browned. Cool slightly on
cookie sheet. Remove from cookie
sheet to a wire rack; finish cooling
Makes about 5 dozen cookies
