Hello Dolly Bar Cookie
~ Mix in a Jar ~
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
1--6oz semisweet chocolate chips
1--6oz butterscotch chips
1 cup coconut
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
Place graham cracker crumbs in a small zip-type bag
Layer in wide-mouth 1-quart canning jar in order listed above,
placing the bag of graham cracker crumbs on top
Press each layer firmly in place before adding next ingredient
Put the lid on the jar and tie a homespun fabric bow around the lid
As an added touch, tie a wooden spoon to the lid
Attach jar labels to the jar with the following instructions

~ Hello Dolly Bar Cookies ~
1 jar cookie mix
1/2 cup butter
1--14oz can sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 350F
Melt butter. Stir in the bag of graham
cracker crumbs. Pat evenly onto the bottom
of an ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan
Sprinkle remaining layered ingredients into
crumb mixture and spread evenly with spoon
Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over all
Bake for 30 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars
Makes about 36 bars
